The comment you fill in each Received Card is visible to you only and cannot be accessed, edited or seen by anyone else. Your comment remains as part of each specific CardEx Card you received also if and when any of the information in that card may be changed by its owner and synchronized in your App.

Yes, you can at any time delete any of your Personal CardEx Cards and it will automatically be erased in the CardEx App of those with whom you have shared your card before. However, counterparties which have received your Personal CardEx Card in the past and have saved a copy of it to their phone contact list will have a copy of your contact information there.

CardEx for email generates a link to your personal CardEx card which you can add to your automatic email signature, similar to adding a link to your website, LinkedIn, Facebook or other personal pages. Having done that you allow third parties receiving your email to easily receive your contact information to their CardEx and phone lists. Similarly of course, whenever receiving an email signed with an integrated CardEx link, simply press on the link from your smartphone screen to view and save sender's business card to your CardEx and phone.
